The Labino BB 2.0 Series UV LED Inspection Light -
Available in 3 versions - BB 2.0 Helios, BB 2.0 Ikaros & BB 2.0 Artemis.
Powerful UV LED Lights that produce a large beam, useful for covering large areas & are widely used in the field, on an MPI Bench, on a dye penetrant line or for general UV inspection purposes requiring a high output UV light. All models are Penetrant Resistant and IP68 Waterproof rated.

Eight high quality UV LEDs, with white light block filters that do not suffer from solarisation, provide a large coverage, in excess of 10 inches / 26 cm, and weigh less than many comparable products. The beam profile of the UV LED light is extremely homogeneous without any footprints showing from the LEDs, shades, dark spots or other disturbing defects.

Each LED’s life is estimated at 30,000 hours.
The mains operated model weighs just 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs) and the battery-operated model (DUO) weighs just 1.7 kg (3.7 lbs) making these lights a perfect choice for use in the field.
ALL BB SERIES LIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AS EITHER MAINS POWERED ONLY OR DUO (MAINS & BATTERY) POWERED.
In all BB 2.0 models the start function provides full power instantly, lamps are 100% free from UV-B and each unit is equipped with a white light block filter which helps the lamp emit almost no visible light.

Light Choices;
• Version: BB HELIOS, BB IKAROS or BB Artemis.
• Power Source: All BB 2.0 models are available as Battery and Mains (DUO) or just Mains powered. The DUO is battery operated, but it is possible to run the unit via mains while charging the battery.
The battery has a running time of 5 hours (Artemis), 6 hours (Helios) & 7 hours (Ikaros) (+/- 5%).
Each DUO unit is equipped with a current regulator to keep the intensity steady when the battery fades.

The mains model is equipped with a 2 meter long extendable power cord. Alternatively, for customers requiring a longer cable a BB Cable Winder is sold as an add-on for all models.
Total weight of the DUO model is 1.7 kilos (3.7 lbs) and the Mains model 1.2 kilos (2.6 lbs).
Both models (DUO and MAINS) come with a pistol handle as standard.
Mounting brackets for fixed installations are optional.
Accessories: Add a carrying case, a cable winder or a friction arm for your convenience.
A UV Block visor is recommended for your protection as with all UV.
Labino BB 2.0 - HELIOS

BB 2.0 Helios has been tested to comply with both ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards. It has also been tested to comply with Airbus AITM6-1001 at a working distance of 24 inches / 60 cm.
It generates an intensity of approximately 9 000 µW/cm² at 38 cm (15 inches). The running time of the battery version is 6 hours (constant use).
Labino BB 2.0 - IKAROS
Part No: L1074 (Mains) & L1075 (Duo)
BB 2.0 Ikaros has been tested to comply with both ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards as well as with the internal requirements of all PRIMES listed below - including Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001.
It generates an intensity of approximately 4 000 µW/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches). The running time of the battery version is 7 hours (constant use).
This is ideal for Aerospace users that need to comply with Nadcap related checklists.
Labino BB 2.0 - ARTEMIS

BB 2.0 Artemis has been tested to comply with both ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards.
It generates an intensity of approximately 22 000 µW/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches). The running time of the battery version is 5 hours (constant use).
This very high intensity UV light is ideal for Forensic & Crime Scene Use, Oil & Gas industry and pipeline related users.

The Labino UV Blocking Glasses (S505) and Full Faceshield (S400). These clear lens spectacles and faceshields offer 99.9% protection against ultraviolet radiation, provide optimum viewing contrast and help reduce fatigue. They are lightweight and fit comfortably.
Labino BB - Cable Winder
Keep your workspace in order without loose cables.
The New generation of Cable Winder with 9.5m (31 ft) cable is now available. The Labino BB Cable Winder is a BB UV LED lamp connected to a Cable Winder.
This allows you to mount the BB on a wall and use as much cable as required for each inspection.

The Labino BB Cable Winder is equipped with a high quality rubber cable of 9.5 m (31 ft). Operated via Mains power supply connected to a cable winder drum with ball bearings on both sides and a snap on wall bracket for easy mounting. With a Unique safety latch that keeps the wire stable and allows the user to carry out the inspection without resistance.
The BB Cable Winder will replace the Original Labino MPXL Cable Winder.
The BB Cable Winder is available in the same great versions as the BB Mains (see above), BB 2.0 HELIOS, BB 2.0 IKAROS.

EnLiten - White LED After Inspection Light for BB Series

Available as an Add-On Accessory - The Labino EnLiten (L2001) is a small-sized, Lightweight white light LED lamp designed to be mounted on a Labino MPXL lamp or Labino BB.
The Labino EnLiten is designed to be used as an after inspection light (to search for indications) performing NDT.
The EnLiten lamp is easy to mount on your existing Labino BB or Standard MPXL light as it easily slides into one of the tracks on the side or on the top of the Lamp.
The Labino EnLiten contains one light emitting diode (LED).
The LED creates more than 300 Lux (27.9 foot Candle) at a distance of 38cm (15 inches).Full power is reached instantly.
The on/off button is positioned in the back of the lamp for easy activation. At full charge the battery provides up to 1.5 hours of use.
Recharge from a normal outlet with the included chargers (approx. 2hours charging time).
