The Labino MidBeam MB PRO Series - Rugged, High-Performance UV LED Hand-held UV Inspection Lamps for NDT Inspection.
The Labino MB PRO Series is a premium range of rugged, high-performance UV inspection lamps designed specifically for non-destructive testing (NDT) in harsh environments. ​  The MB PRO Series delivers exceptional ultraviolet output combined with durability for demanding industrial inspection tasks.​ Available in four different models, the series allows users to choose the most suitable UV inspection lamp based on application needs, required UV intensity, and compliance with key industry standards including ASTM E3022-18, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061, and Airbus AITM6-1001. This makes the MB Pro ideal for aerospace, oil and gas, and industrial NDT inspection industries. Built on the proven technology of the Labino MB 3.0, the MB PRO Series maintains the same high UV performance while introducing a significantly more robust metal housing. The redesigned body is engineered for extreme working conditions, including high and low temperatures, and is constructed from penetrant-resistant materials.  With an IP68 ingress protection rating, this UV inspection lamp offers maximum resistance to dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. Depending on the model, the MB PRO UV inspection lamp delivers a beam diameter of approximately 8–9 inches (20–22 cm) with UV intensities ranging from around 4,500 to 9,000 μW/cm². The Zeus and Selene models also include an integrated high-output white light function, making them a versatile NDT UV torch solution for both inspection and post-inspection evaluation. Labino MB Pro Series
Labino MB PRO Series models: Zeus, Hermes, Selene and Atlas are Battery Powered lamps with an intense and wide UV-A output varying from 4,500 to 9,000 μW/cm2 & have been tested to comply with a number of NDT Standards.

The Zeus and Selene models offer an additional strong white light for after inspection whilst the Hermes & Atlas Models are UV only for organisations who do not permit white light use during inspection.​

MB PRO Zeus: 4,500 μW/cm2 with strong white light.
MB PRO Hermes: 4,500 μW/cm2 without white light.
The MB PRO Series lights offer high quality UV-A LEDs, with white light block filters that do not suffer from solarisation whilst providing a large coverage in excess of 8-9 inches / 20-22 cm dependent on model.
All MB PRO Series models have an ingress protection certification of IP68.

UV + WHITE LIGHT MODEL
The Labino MB PRO Zeus has been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards as well as the Rolls-Royce Engineering Specification RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001 Test Method.
The MB PRO Zeus generates an intensity of approximately 4,500 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches) and is equipped with a white light LED for after inspection. This light is available only as a Battery version, if you require mains version - please see the Labino MB 3.0.
The beam size generated above 1,000 μw/cm2 is approximately 9 inches / 22 cm.

Difference between Zeus and Hermes Model?
The MB PRO Zeus is equipped with a strong white light LED that generates 1,076 lux (100 fc) for after inspection.
The Hermes does not have a white light LED for organisations that do not allow the use of white light.

The Labino MB PRO Hermes has been tested to comply with ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12 standards as well as the Rolls-Royce Engineering Specification RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001 Test Method.
The MB PRO Hermes generates an intensity of approximately 4,500 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches). This light is available in either Mains or Battery version, the running time of the battery version is 3.5 hours constant use (approx).

Labino MB 3.0 - HERCULES Ex
The Labino MB Hercules Ex was designed upon request by the military, who required an ultra-durable ATEX UV lamp and explosion proof UV light, engineered for the most demanding industrial and hazardous environments. Hercules Ex has been tested to comply with ASTM E3022- 18, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and Airbus AITM6-1001. A certificate of conformity is provided with every light as well as a 2-year warranty.
